Both plans include the same features. If you use Stake regularly (more than once a month), the annual plan saves you about $29 compared to paying month-to-month. If you prefer flexibility, the monthly plan lets you cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time with one click. Annual subscribers are billed once per year and can cancel before the next renewal date. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What document types are included?
All 14 across four categories: Proposals (Landscape Proposal, Hardscape Estimate, Maintenance Plan, Quick Quote), Field Docs (Daily Job Log, Time & Materials, Change Order, Punch List), Safety (Safety Briefing, Inspection Report, Equipment Checklist, Weather Log), and Billing (Service Invoice, Project Invoice, Payment Terms, Receipt).
Do I need an internet connection?
Stake works offline. You can fill out forms and generate documents on the jobsite with zero internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when you're back online.
Can I edit the documents Stake creates?
Yes. Every document can be exported as a Word (.docx) file for further editing. You can adjust pricing, add notes, change terms, or modify any detail before sending to clients.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your form data is sent to our AI to generate your document and is not stored on our servers after generation. See our

Do the documents need to be reviewed by a lawyer?
