Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Stake and all services operated by Field Assembly LLC. By accessing or using Stake, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

1. Permitted Uses

Stake is designed to help landscaping businesses and professionals generate social media content for their marketing. Permitted uses include:

• Generating social media content (posts, captions, hashtags) for lawns care, hardscaping, tree services, irrigation, landscape design, and general landscaping services
• Creating content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for your landscaping business
• Producing marketing content as a starting point for review and editing before posting or sharing
• Using generated content to enhance your social media presence and attract clients

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Stake to:

Legal and ethical violations

• Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent facts to followers, potential clients, or the public
• Produce content that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law
• Create content that violates social media platform terms of service or community guidelines
• Produce defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive content
• Generate content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights (photos, designs, brand names without permission)

Impersonation and misrepresentation

• Represent AI-generated content as original human-created content in contexts where that distinction is material
• Use Stake to impersonate other businesses, individuals, or organizations
• Post content pretending to be a different landscaping company or misrepresenting your business identity
• Create fake testimonials or reviews using the AI tool

AI misuse

• Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or jailbreak the AI model to produce content outside its intended scope
• Submit inputs designed to extract confidential system instructions or model weights
• Use the service to train, fine-tune, or benchmark other AI or machine learning models without our written consent

Service integrity

• Share your account credentials with other individuals or organizations
• Automate access to Stake in a way that circumvents rate limits or imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use the service through scrapers, bots, or automated tools not approved by Field Assembly LLC
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a separate written agreement

3. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

Stake produces social media content drafts using large language model technology provided by Anthropic, PBC. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All output from Stake is a draft for your review, editing, and approval before posting
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, fact-checking, and approving any content before posting it to social media
• Field Assembly LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, originality, or effectiveness of any generated content
• You should not post content that you have not personally reviewed and believe to be accurate and appropriate for your business
• You are responsible for ensuring content does not violate platform guidelines or contain claims that cannot be substantiated

When posting AI-generated content to social media, you represent that you have reviewed the content, that it accurately reflects your business, and that you are comfortable standing behind it as representative of your company.

4. Content Standards

Inputs you provide to Stake — including text prompts, trade selections, and additional notes — must relate to legitimate landscaping business marketing. Do not submit inputs that contain:

• Personal identifying information of third parties without their consent
• Confidential information belonging to others that you are not authorized to disclose
• Content that is obscene, abusive, or designed to generate harmful material

5. Minors

Stake is a professional business tool intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. By using Stake, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

6. Enforcement

Field Assembly LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including:

• Issuing a warning
• Suspending access to the service pending investigation
• Terminating your subscription without refund
• Reporting conduct to applicable authorities where required by law

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of enforcement actions unless prohibited by law or where doing so would compromise an investigation.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, or if you encounter content generated by Stake that you believe was produced in violation of this policy, please report it to legal@stake.build.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the application. Continued use of Stake after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
